Food and drink
One of the unique features of Åre Vildmarkskrog is that most of what we serve is produce that has been shot or caught by the chef himself from the rich pickings of nature.
We can always produce a story about the food, where the ingredients come from, how the meat was handled, who picked the mushrooms etc.
We also design events where the guests take part in the cooking; these activities are highly appreciated.
